棕噪音 (Brown Noise) 是甚麼？&nbsp;白噪音 (White Noise) 相信大家都聽過，但棕噪音更強調人耳可以聽到的較低聲調；亦由於缺少高頻率，聽起來嘶嘶聲不太明顯。據說棕噪音可以幫助集中精力，有助睡眠，甚至可以幫助那些患有神經多樣性病症，例如注意力缺陷多動症（俗稱多動症，ADHD）的人自我調節。&nbsp;還有其他不同類型的"噪音"，可以參考 <a href="https://www.bbc.com/zhongwen/trad/science-63342282">BBC News</a> (中文)&nbsp;
